Lemon Meringue Pie Martini

Ingrediente

2 oz of vanilla vodka

½ of or orange liqueur

1 oz of fresh lemon juice

¾ oz of vanilla bean syrup

Shake well with ice, serve in chilled glass rimmed with sugar and lemon zest, garnished with lemon twist

Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup water

2 heaping tbs of vanilla bean paste

Simmer on medium low until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and let cool

Bottle and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks
