Fresh Strawberry Muffins

Ingrediente

1/2 c soft butter

3/4 c sugar

1 egg

2 c flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 c strawberries

3 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instrucțiuni

Cream butter & sugar, add egg and mix well.

Sift flour, baking powder, salt into small bowl.

Add flour mixture & milk alternately to first mixture.

Add strawberries.

Pur in muffins pans greased with pam. (I also put circles of parchment paper in cups as they tend to stick).

Cook in 375 oven for ?
