Sugar Cookies

Ingrediente

1 cup sour cream or vinegar-sweet cream, thick

1 cup sugar

1 cup butter-flavored shortening

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp lemon extract

2 tsp of soda (baking)

1 tsp salt

4 cups flour

Instrucțiuni

Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with vanilla mixture. Roll on a floured board. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325°F for 8-10 minutes until brown.
