White Maltesers Blondies

Ingrediente

125 g light brown sugar

125 g caster sugar

200 g unsalted butter melted

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

275 g plain flour

1 tsp cornflour

1 tsp Ovaltine/Horlicks

150 g white Maltesers

140 g white chocolate

Instrucțiuni

Preheat oven to 160 °C.

Mix sugars in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix together untill i thickens (3-5 mins).

Add the eggs one at a time mixing the one in before adding another. Add vanilla and mix.

Sieve in the flours and fold gently. Add Maltesers and chocolate chips and fold through.

Spoon into a lined 9x9 tin and smooth it out.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

As soon as it comes out of the oven press in White Maltesers on top and let it cool.

Drizzle melted white chocolate (40 g) on top and place in the fridge for 4 hours, preferrably overnight.
