Burrito Loco Casserole

Ingrediente

1 pound hamburger

1 can black beans

1 can corn

1 can chopped black olives

1 can rotelle drained

1 package ranch seasoning

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups taco sauce

2 tablespoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 package of tortillas

2 cups shredded cheese

Instrucțiuni

1. Brown the hamburger

2. Add taco sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, 1/4 of the corn, 1/4 of the black beans, 1/4 of the Rotel, and 1/2 of the cheese to the hamburger and mix together.

3. Any mixing bowl add the rest of the canned ingredients, sour cream, ranch packet, and 1/4 cup of cheese.

4. Add half of the mixing bowl mixture onto the bottom of a casserole dish. Create burritos with the hamburger mixture and tortillas and place them in the casserole dish. Cover the burritos with the other half of the mixing bowl mixture. Top with cheese.

5. Place in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
