Rivels (Soup Dumplings)

Ingrediente

1 cup sifted flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup milk

1 egg beaten

2 tablespoons butter melted

Instrucțiuni

Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Use a teaspoon to drop into soup which has come to a boil. Revels come to the top when they’re cooked. Cover for about 15 to 20 minutes.
