Cottage Pancakes

3 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (alternativa: aveia em pó)
1 TBSP baking powder
Instrucțiuni
1️⃣Prepare the bater 🥣
In a large bowl:
- whisk the eggs until blended.
- whisk in the cheese, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and baking powder
Stir until just combined, being careful not to over-mix - a few lumps are okay.
2️⃣ Cook the pancakes 🥞
In medium heat, cook until the pancakes are puffed on top and golden brown on the bottom.
Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until risen and cooked through.
3️⃣Toppers 🍯🍓
Peanut Butter, Greek Yogurt, Fresh Fruits, Nuts and Seeds, Chocolate Chips, Cinnamon, Honey or Maple Syrup
