Diana's Pasta Salad

Ingrediente

1 package corkscrew pasta, cooked

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1-3 cloves garlic, minced

4-6 tbsp Parmesan

1/4 cup heavy cream

Fresh basil

1-2 tomatoes, chopped

Instrucțiuni

Sauté garlic in oil and butter. Add cream and cheese until thick. Pour over pasta, then add basil and tomatoes. Serve warm or cold.
