Easy Custard Filling, I Normally Use It for Eclairs but You

Ingrediente

2 egg yolks

2 Tbsp butter

1/2 cup sugar

3 Tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 1/2 cup milk

Instrucțiuni

In a bowl add egg yolks , milk and whisk together.

In a pot add sugar, cornstarch and mix so there’s no lumps.

Slowly pour in your milk mixture, whisk while doing so. When all combined, put your pot on medium heat and whisk until it starts getting thick

Add butter, mix then add vanilla essence

Make sure it bubbles before removing it from heat.

Then remove from heat, add to a bowl and cover with cling film and put in the fridge to set, for about a hour.
