Hamburger Casserole (Aunt Adell)

Ingrediente

1 lb hamburger

½ cup chopped celery

1 tsp salt

¼ cup chopped green pepper

1 chopped small onion

1 can cream chicken soup

1 can water ½ cup rice (not cooked)

Instrucțiuni

Brown meat until redness is gone.

Combine all ingredients. Put in greased baking dish.

Cover and cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
