I was on the couch consuming mostly liquids for like 3 weeks, so needed a good meal to come back and make with ya’ll. I wanted it to eat like fast food but be kinda healthy, and then fate placed this tweet in my timeline and everything clicked.

I made everything from scratch, with eyed out measurements, but using a very much traditional Mexican approach to both the caesar dressing and tortillas (aside from the baking powder leavening agent). You dont gotta do all that though I was just happy to not feel like trash. I think this would be spectacular even if you took a bunch of shortcuts. Make it - make it your own - and enjoy!
