Easy Strawberry Crumble Dessert

Ingrediente

2 pints chopped strawberries

1/2 c granulated sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/2 c all purpose flour

1/2 cup oats

1/2 c brown sugar

1/3 c melted butter

Instrucțiuni

In a bowl mix together chopped strawberries with white sugar and cornstarch. Stir until sugar is dissolved and strawberries look glossy.

Transfer into a baking dish.

In another bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Stir until the mixture is crumbly and fluffy.

Sprinkle all over the strawberries and bake 30-35 minutes or until strawberries become bubbly in the oven preheated to 375.

Serve with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream.
