Ingrediente

5 egg whites (3)

1 tsp vanilla (1/2)

1 1/2 cup coconut sugar (1) or regular sugar

1 lemon slice

Instrucțiuni

Wipe lemon slice inside of bowl

On high speed whisk eggs and vanilla until soft peaks

Slowly add sugar (1 tbs at a time)

Beat well after each addition until sugar is incorporated

Make sure the mix is not gritty
