Deep Dish Brownies (Hershey's cookbook)

Ingrediente

3/4 C. butter or marg., melted

1-1/2 C. Sugar

1-1/2 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

4 c. flour

1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa

½ tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

Instrucțiuni

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square 8 x 8 inch pan.

In medium mixing bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla; add eggs; beat well with spoon.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until they pull away from the sides of the pan.
