Hamentashen

Ingrediente

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1 C. all pupose flour

2 eggs

2 tbsps water

any flavor pie filling

Instrucțiuni

Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, and water until well blended.

On a lighly floured surface, roll 1/4 dough 1/8 '' thick.

Cut into 2.5-3 iinch circles. In centger of each circle, place 1 tsp of filling. Place on lightly greased pan and bake 375 degrees for 6 min or until lightly browned.
