Biscoff Cheesecake Croissants

125 g cream cheese
2-3 tbsp Biscoff spread

Open a tube of Jus-rol croissant dough, but do not unroll the dough.
Cut the roll of dough into 12 pieces, then place each round on a flat surface and flatten with a rolling pin to around 0.5cm thick.
Place the croissant rounds on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket (you may need to cook these in batches).
Air fry at 170C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 10-12 mins or until golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking.
Meanwhile, mix 125g cream cheese with 1 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread.
Allow the croissant rounds to cool, then add a spoonful of the Biscoff cheesecake mixture on top of one. Place another croissant round on top and sandwich together. Repeat with the remaining croissants so that you have 6 in total.
Drizzle melted Biscoff spread over the top of each croissant and scatter over a crumbled Biscoff biscuit if desired.
