Blended overnight oats

Ingrediente

Base:

2 cup rolled oats (160g)

2 cup milk

1 cup greek yogurt (240g)

4 TBSP honey/mapple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

4-8 tsp Chia seeds (16-32 g)

option 1 banana&strawberry:

2 cup strawberry (300g) (fresh or frozen)

2 medium banana (200g)

option 2 peaches&cream:

4x 3/4 cup peaches (500g) (fresh or canned)

1 tsp cinnamon

option 3 blueberry almond:

2 cups blueberries (300g)

2 tsp lemon zest (4g)

1tsp almond extract

Instrucțiuni

blend everything until it's creamy. leave it in the fridge over night or during 4 hours before eating.

Opcional to keep everything in a big jar or separate into 4 small containers.

In the morning, if it's too thick, add a bit of milk and mix well.

top with fruit, nuts, jams, chocolate chips
