Coco Cola Cake (Susan Dean)

Ingrediente

Cake:

2 cups and 2 tbsp all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 cups sugar

¼ tsp salt

1 cup coke

2 tbsp cocoa

2 sticks butter

1 tsp vanilla

½ cup buttermilk

2 eggs

1 cup mini marshmallows

Icing:

5 tbsp coke } DON'T BOIL

1 stick butter

3 tbsp cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

Instrucțiuni

Bring to boil coke and butter.

Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into 9 x 13 floured and greased pan. Add marshmallows.

Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 mins.

Icing:

Melt coke and butter on stove in same pan from cake. Do NOT boil this time.

Pour over other ingredients and mix. Add nuts and stir.

Ice cake while warm.
