Endive Dressing

Ingrediente

1 pound of bacon, crisp and broken

1 egg

Vinegar

Salt

Water

Flour

Instrucțiuni

Use the pan the bacon is fried in. Mix in a shaker the egg, vinegar, and salt. And the dressing to the pan and then add as much water that you want for dressing. Then add the flour to thicken.
