Easy Augratin Potatoes

Ingrediente

2 lbs. Frozen Ore Ida hash brown potatoes

1 cup onions, diced

1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup Cornflakes, crushed

Instrucțiuni

Thaw potatoes 30 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients ex- cept crumbs. Place in 9 X 13 baking dish buttered. Top with crumbs. Bake 375° for 1 hour. May be put together day before except for topping, Serves 10.
