Pumpkin Cookies

Ingrediente

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F

In a medium bowl, mix sugar and butter

In a medium bowl mix the pumpkin puree, large egg and vanilla

In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt

Add all the ingredients into the large bowl and mix without over doing it

Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper and scoop dough with 2 teaspoons spacing thé cookies out

Bake for 15-18 minutes I add a few mns for crispiness on the outside
