Pork Burnt Ends GUM

Ingrediente

• Boneless Country Style Ribs – at least six or seven

• Rub of you choice

• Mustard

• BBQ Sauce of your choice

• Vinegar to thin sauce if thick

Instrucțiuni

Prep stuff needed

• Aluminum pan(s) depending on size and # of burnt ends

• Smoker (duh)

• Squeeze bottle to drizzle BBQ sauce

Let’s do this:

Be sure no bones are left in the ribs -

Coat with yellow mustard

Cover with rub – let sit in frig for about 1 hour

Set grill to 250 and get up to temp

Put ribs on rack – can be touching

Cook until about 170 internal temp about 2 hours - check

Take off and let them rest for 30 min

Cut into small burnt end pieces – about 1 inch square – bite size

Put them in pan

Put sauce in squeeze bottle – might need to add vinegar to thin sauce

Cover burnt ends with sauce – drizzle over them

Sprinkle additional small amount of rub over ends

Put in grill or oven at 250 – another 1 ½ hour to get to 200 – increase temp if you need to but do not wrap

Should be very tender
