Sheet Pan Beef Bulgogi

- 32oz flank steak
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 bunch of scallions
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp swerve 0-cal brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- Optional Sriracha + lite mayo (sauce)
- Optional sesame seeds
Instrucțiuni
1. Slice your flank steak into thin strips (can freeze for 20 before to help) and marinade with your white onion, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, cornstarch, swerve 0-cal brown sugar, baking soda, and pepper
2. Oven bake at 450° for 12 min then broil for 8 minutes
3. Turn the oven off, remove your sheet pan, add your can of bean sprouts and scallions sliced every 2", then add back into the oven for 5-6 min to soften
4. Serve with optional sesame seeds, scallions, and your lite mayo mixed with sriracha sauce
