Popcorn Balls

Ingrediente

5 quarts popped corn

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups of water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Candy, red hots

Instrucțiuni

Keep popcorn, hot in oven at 300°. Butter sides of sauce pan. In it combine five ingredients. Cook until hard ball stage at 250°. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Then add candy if desired. Pressing into small balls. Makes 30 - 2 1/2 inch balls.
