Sheet Pan Fajitas

Ingrediente

My son loves all things chipotle so when given the chance he will always choose “chipotle” for dinner, and this is how we make it! He also gets his served in a tray that is similar to the one they have at chipotle and i put a clementine, black beans, and salsa in there as well to mimic the real experience!

1 lb chicken breast sliced thinly

3 bell peppers sliced

1 white onion sliced

1 fajita seasoning packet

2 tbsp olive oil (1 for veggies and 1 for chicken)

Salt and black pepper

Small tortillas- we use the whole wheat trader joes ones

Bake onions and peppers at 400 for 10 minutes then add tortillas and chicken and bake for 8 minutes or until interna temp of 165!
