Cheese Ball

Ingrediente

1 lb sharp cheese, grated

8 oz Cream Cheese, soften

½ to 1 cup Mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 small onion, grated

½ tsp mustard

dash Tabasco & Worcestershire

Chopped Pecans to coat

Instrucțiuni

Using electric mixer, mix and beat cheeses together.

Continue Michigan and add other ingredients except pecans.

Place in greased bowl & chill. Finish shaping & roll in chopped pecans. Wrap tightly in Saran wrap and chill until time to serve.

Best if it sits a day or so before serving.
