AP Soft Dough

Ingrediente

Ingredients needed are

- warm milk 2 cups (400ml)

- all purpose flour

6 cups (720g ) if using bread flour you might need to add 1/2 cup flour more if sticky .

- sugar 4 tbsp (50g)

-2 eggs

- instant yeast 2&1/2 tsp

(8g)

- salt 1/2 tsp

- butter 1/2 cup (115g)

- oil to fry donut .

Please Note that temperature in our home differs , please give more time for your dough to rise if need be . So as to get perfect fluffy result like in my video .
