Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingrediente

•1 3/4 Cups water, boiling

•1 Cup lightly packed brown sugar

•1/2 Cup Butter

•1 3/4 Cups unsifted flour

•1/2 tsp salt

•1 pkg (12oz) chocolate chips

•1 Cup uncooked oatmeal (quick or regular)

•1 Cup white sugar

•2 extra large eggs

•1 tsp baking soda

•1 heaping Tbsp cocoa

•3/4 Cup walnuts

Instrucțiuni

In large bowl, pour boiling water over oatmeal. Let stand 10 min.

Add brown sugar, white sugar, and butter. Stir till butter melts.

Add eggs, mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix well.

Add 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips, mix and pour into greased pan.

Top with nuts and rest of chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
