Norwegian Pecans

Ingrediente

•3 1/2 Cups Pecans or Walnuts

•2 Egg whites- beat well but not stiff

•1/2 Cup Sugar

•1 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

•1 Stick butter

Instrucțiuni

Melt butter in roasting pan. Mix egg white, sugar and cinnamon together. Stir in nuts and pour into pan with butter. Stir well. Bake for 1 hour@ 300 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on paper towels.
