This ain’t breakfast…

this is week-long domination.

At 34 years old, nearly 280 lbs, I had two options:

keep eating like garbage… or rebuild the foods I actually crave.

So I started making meals like this 👇

High protein. Insane flavor. No sacrifice.

Crispy potatoes.

Beef. Eggs.

And a queso sauce that honestly shouldn’t be this macro-friendly.

And yeah… this whole pan gets split into 6 servings so you’re locked in all week.

Crispy Potatoes

Chop & boil russet potatoes (4 medium)

Pat dry, toss in 2 tbsp corn starch, avocado spray, and taco seasoning

Air fry until golden & crunchy

Protein Base

Scramble eggs (12)

Brown lean 95/5 beef (32oz.)

Queso Sauce (blender-made magic)

Fat-free cottage cheese 200g

⅓ reduced-fat cream cheese 60g

Nacho cheese dip 100g

½ packet mac & cheese powder

Blend smooth → pour over everything

Top it off

Optional avocado slices (adjust macros if needed)
