Buttercream Icing

Ingrediente

1 1/3 cup of white crisco shortening

2/3 cup of real butter softened (no margerine),I sometimes use a more like a stick and 1/2

3 cups of white powdered sugar

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

2 teaspoons of real vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Instrucțiuni

cream shortening and butter together and then add powdered sugar a little at a time

slowly add cream and keep mixing

add salt and vanilla and beat in again

THIS IS THE KEY TO THE RECIPE: MIX AT HIGH SPEED FOR 5 MINUTES
