Tim Tam Cheesecake Bites

Ingrediente

10 Tim Tams, plus 2 extra to sprinkle on top - optional

125g cream cheese, at room temp

120g milk or dark chocolate, melted

Instrucțiuni

Crush up the tim tams and add to a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix and roll into 8 balls.

Coat each one in the melted chocolate then sprinkle on some extra crushed tim tams.

Leave in the freezer to set then store in the fridge.
