Rice Paper Shrimp Pancake

250g Shrimp (Raw Weight)
½ Tsp Sesame Oil
½ Tsp Corn Starch
Green Onion
Salt and White Pepper to taste
2 Sheets Rice Paper
Cooking Spray
Sesame Oil Soy Sauce:
3 Tbsp of soy sauce
½ Tsp of sesame oil
Pinch of chili flakes/gochugaru
Sesame Seeds

Prepare the shrimp by dicing up into small pieces. You may adjust how big you want the chunks to be depending on your preference.
Into a bowl combine the following ingredients: 250g Shrimp (Raw Weight), ½ Tsp Sesame Oil, ½ Tsp Corn Starch, Green Onion, Salt and White Pepper to taste and mix.
On a sheet of rice paper, flatten out the shrimp mixture and evenly spread. Add another sheet of rice paper on top.
On a medium high heat pan, spray with cooking oil and cook the shrimp pancake. Each side should only take 3-5mins.
Once cooked and crispy, serve with green onions, sesame oil soy sauce dip and enjoy!
