Single Serve Cinnamon Roll

For the dough:
1/4 cup warm milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup plain flour
1 tosp sugar pinch of salt
Cinnamon filling:
35 grams butter (room temp)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon
Icing:
15 grams butter
3-4 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp icing sugar
Instrucțiuni
Warm the milk. Stir all the ingredients for the dough together with a fork. Flour a bench and knead the dough by folding and pushing it for 8-10 minutes until it's soft. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel in a warm place for 1 hour. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the cinnamon filling together. Once the dough has risen roll it out in a floured surface. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly on the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log. Shape the dough into a spiral. Place the dough in an oven safe ramekin. Cover the dough again and let it sit in a warm place for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Once the 15 minutes is done place the ramekin in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden. In the meantime whisk together the ingredients for the cream cheese icing. Take out the cinnamon roll from the oven and let it cool. Top with the icing and enjoy fa
