Black Sesame Crunch Bark

1 cup black sesame seeds
½ cup pistachios roughly chopped
½ cup white sesame seeds
⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp miso paste
½ cup maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F convection.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Heat miso and maple syrup over low heat in a small pot whisking constantly.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly onto the baking sheet and press down firmly.
Bake for 20 minutes. Then take turn the bark around in the oven and lower the temperature and bake for another 10mins.
WAIT FOR THE BARK TO COOL COMPLETELY and then break up into pieces.
Store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
