Quick, cosy, and made mostly from cupboard staples—this egg fried rice never misses.

Ingredients (serves 2):

250g cooked rice (1 packet)

260g raw chicken breast

150g frozen veg

2 eggs

½ onion + 1 garlic clove

2 spring onions

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

2 tbsp sriracha

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

How to:

Sauté onion, garlic + chicken until golden

Directions

Add frozen veg and cook until soft

Push to the side, scramble eggs

Stir through rice + sauces

Plate up and top with spring onions, sesame seeds + extra sriracha 🌶️

Simple, spicy and done in under 15 mins.
