Loaded Bang Bang Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

150g of chicken breast raw , diced

180g of cooked microwaved rice

1/5 cucumber, sliced

15g of avocado, sliced

1/4 red onion

2 spring onions , sliced

Shredded lettuce

Chilli / sesame seeds to top

1 tbsp of light soy

Paprika

Sauce:

25g of low sugar sweet chilli sauce

1 tsp of sriracha (more if you want an extra kick🔥🤣)

1 tbsp of light mayo

1 tbsp of soy sauce

Directions

Mix the sauce ingredients together then mix half of it with the chicken and fry for 8-10 minutes in a dash of paprika

Mix the red onion and cucumber with soy sauce

Add all the ingredients to a bowl like shown in the video.

top with chilli, sesame seeds and the rest of the sauce. Optional : add any extra sauces you like to mix in

Notes: if prepping for more then 2 days, add the avocado and sauce on the day
