High Protein Meal Sticky Honey Lemon Chicken

Fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months &
get 600g raw chicken breast and dice into cubes ‼️
season with tablespoon garlic powder, Tbsp. Cumin tbsp oregano , lemon juice and tbsp. Olive oil🫒.
Directions
mix together & cook on a pan on high heat for 10-15 mins until sizzling brown or air fry or oven for 15 mins @ 220 °C🔥
then set vour chicken aside and on medium heat add
30g light butter 🧈
tbsp Garlic 🧄
tsp oregano 🌿
lemon juice🍋
70ml Light soy sauce‼️
15g of 🍯 honey
Add cooked chicken and Stir together and let it simmer for 10 mins on medium heat until sticky 😍
Finish with parsley
Meanwhile cook 200g of uncooked washed rice ( will equal roughly 630g cooked rice)🍚
Add to meal prep containers ‼️
