Ingredientes

Dough Ingredients:

1 egg (room temp)

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour (add more as needed until dough is no longer sticky)

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp salt (6g)

1 tbsp sugar (for yeast activation)

1 Tbl active dry yeast

¾ cup warm whole milk

1/2 cup melted butter (for the dough)

Garlic Butter Filling:

½ cup butter, room temp

8–10 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbl fresh parsley. 1.5 pound mozzarella or any preferred cheese you like

Instruções

Activate Yeast:

In a bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let sit until foamy (about 5–10 mins).

Make the Dough:

Add melted butter, egg, and seasonings to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour).

Prepare Filling:

Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Shape the Rolls:

Roll dough into a rectangle.

Spread garlic butter mixture evenly.

Roll it up and slice into rolls.

Place into a baking sheet

Second Rise:

Let rolls rise again for ~15 minutes while you preheat oven to 350°F

Bake:

Bake for 25–35 minutes until golden on top.

Finish:

While warm, brush rolls with any leftover garlic butter.
