Ground Beef: 1 lb
Noodles: 8 oz (lo mein, udon, or rice noodles)
Onion: 1 medium, chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Ginger: 1 inch fresh, grated
Bell Pepper: 1, sliced
Carrots: 1 cup shredded
Spinach or Bok Choy: 2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
Oyster Sauce: 2 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce: 1 tbsp
Sriracha or Chili Garlic Sauce: 1 tbsp (optional)
Sesame Oil: 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp
Green Onions: 2, sliced for garnish
Sesame Seeds: Optional, for garnish
Instruções
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and onions are softened.
Stir in sliced bell pepper and shredded carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha (if using) to the skillet. Mix well.
Stir in the cooked noodles and baby spinach or bok choy. Toss until everything is well combined and the greens are wilted.
Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
