Bacon Cheddar High Protein Breakfast Biscuits

Here’s what you need:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp greek yogurt
6 strips uncured bacon, cooked and diced
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar (I like to use habanero cheddar)
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instruções
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a large baking sheet greased with avocado oil.
In a large bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking powder and soda, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and greek yogurt. Fold the egg mixture, bacon, green onions and 1 cup of cheddar into the dry ingredients until well combined and mixture begins to thicken.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop 8 balls of dough and transfer to the baking sheet. Gently press down each ball to form a biscuit and top with remaining cheddar.
Bake for 9-11 minutes until the biscuits are baked through and lightly browned all over. Serve with butter or cottage cheese and avocado!
