RECIPE BELOW - serves 1, but double the quantity for more
Gather
300g boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, grated
Approx 2g ginger, grated
Instruções
Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients listed above in a mixing bowl.
Place the chicken thighs in the mixing bowl and coat them in the sauce well.
Once coated, place the chicken in the air fryer on either grill mode at 190 degrees Celsius. This ensures perfectly crispy chicken, while still being juicy and tender on the inside. Grill in the air fryer for 17-18 minutes, turning halfway through. Or, if using the standard air fryer mode, air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve on a bed of rice, with sliced cucumber and finely chopped spring onions.
