Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

For the Lasagna Rolls
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or finely chopped
1½ cups ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Topping
Extra mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley
Instruções
Cook the Noodles
Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken until well combined.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Rolls
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Spoon the chicken filling evenly onto each noodle and roll them up tightly.
Bake
Place rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a pinch of black pepper before serving.
