Buttered tomatoes with honey, orange and rosemary

1 punnet of cherry vine tomatoes
50g butter
Juice of an orange
1 tbsp pure clear honey
1 sprig of Rosemary
Salt and black pepper
Instruções
1 Remove the tomatoes from the vine and cut them in half.
2 Heat the butter in a pan until it starts to foam then throw in the tomatoes. Warm them through for a couple of minutes over a medium
heat before adding the orange juice, honey, rosemary and seasoning.
3 Swirl the tomatoes around the pan for anoth couple of minutes until the juices co and serve.
