250g Cream Flour
250g Strong Flour
30g Baking Powder
2.5ml Salt
7.5g Cream Of Tartar
5g Bread Soda
5g Caster Sugar
20g Butter
210ml Buttermilk
Instruções
1. Sieve together flours salt and baking powder into a mixing bowl
2. Rub butter through and make a well.
3. Add sultanas if using
4. Mix milk egg and sugar together.
5. Pour into centre of well and mix to a soft dough.
6. Mould dough gently on a floured table.
7. Roll out 2.5 cm thick,
8. Cut out using 2.5" round cutter.
9. Place onto a lined baking sheet.
10.Egg wash.
11.Rest for 15 mins before baking
12.Bake 210°C for 15-18 mins
