4 cups water

1 onion diced

2 heaping tablespoons ginger garlic paste

2 tomatoes diced

2 green chilies chopped

1 tablespoon @Fadwa Masala Daal Masala

1 tablespoon Garam Masala

1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 ½ tsp salt

Chopped cilantro for garnish at the end

Pressure cook times, HIGH pressure, natural release 10 min:

Textured daal - 7 min

Softer daal - 9 min
