Beef, Broccoli & Edamame Rice

½ cup beef stock or water
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
For the fried rice:
500g beef rump, flank, or scotch fillet, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or peanut)
3–4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or thawed, not frozen solid)
150g snow peas, trimmed
1 cup frozen shelled edamame beans, thawed
½ brown onion, sliced
2 cups cooked rice (day-old preferred)
To Serve:
Sesame seeds
Spring onion, sliced
