225g dumpling wrappers (dry)- just over 2/3 of a pack
1-2 tsp sesame or olive oil
500g chicken mince- sub for pork or beef
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
2x small chillies, chopped
1 x large carrot, shredded
2-3 stalks green onion, chopped
1 bunch pak choy, chopped
1 tbsp sweetener- I use @natvialiving
1 heaped tsp (about 10-15g) bone broth paste (optional) - I use @bestofthebone original
1/4 cup water
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
white pepper to taste
Green onion to serve
1 tbsp chilli oil (to serve)- optional (is included in macros)
Instruções
Boil dumpling wrappers for about 6 minutes, then immediately drain and put them in ice water.
sautee garlic, ginger and chilli till fragrant, add chicken mince and cook for a few minutes.
Add carrot and green onion and cook for another few minutes.
Add the sauces and white pepper and mix well.
Add chopped asian greens of choice then the cooked dumpling wrappers and let everything cook through for a couple of minutes.
Serve with green onion and chilli oil & enjoy
