A Weeknight Salad That Slaps

SALAD:
1 x Roast Chicken
1/2 Cup Cooked Rice
1 x Cucumber, Chopped
4 x Stalks Celery, Chopped
1 x Avocado
Handful Coriander
Spring Onion
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp light soy, 1 tbsp black vinegar
DRESSING:
1 x lemon, Juiced
1 x tbsp sesame oil
2 x tbsp light soy
2 x tsp honey
1 x tsp miso paste
Instruções
Coat your rice in sesame oil, soy and vinegar into the oven for 12 minutes at 350 - stir halfway through
Cut & combine your salad ingredients, make your dressing, mix it all together and eat!
