Party Potatoes

Ingredientes

8 - 10 potatoes, peeled and boiled (Yukon Gold are the best)

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

I cup sour cream or pureed cot- tage cheese

Milk

Salt and garlic salt, to taste

2 T. chives

2 T. butter

1/8 tsp. paprika

Instruções

• Preheat oven 350 ° Grease a 2 qt. Casserole. In the Kitchen id or a large bowl, beat soi eam and cream cheese un blended. Add hot potatoes, one at a time; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk if potatoes are too stiff. Season with salt and garlic salt; add chives. Spoon into casserole and dot with butter. Sprinkle with pa- prika. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
